Privacy

This page explains what happens to the details you leave on the waitlist. The short version: we keep them only to write to you about this dataset, we don't share or sell them, and you can have them deleted whenever you like.

Who is responsible

Solana Execution Data is an independent project run by Judit Ortiz, in Spain. For anything about your data, write to jeydevapps@gmail.com.

What we collect

Only what you type into the waitlist form: your email address, the role you pick, what you'd use the data for (if you tell us), whether you'd consider a design-partner seat, the plan you clicked, and the date you signed up. We don't store your IP address, and the site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Fonts and scripts are served from this site, not from third parties.

Why, and on what basis

To tell you when the data is ready, to send you a sample if you asked for one, and to offer you a design-partner seat if you showed interest. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by sending the form and can withdraw at any time.

Who else handles it

The site and the waitlist run on Cloudflare (Pages and Workers KV), which processes the data on our behalf under its data processing terms, including the European Commission's standard contractual clauses for any transfer outside the European Economic Area. Cloudflare also processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. Nobody else receives your details.

How long we keep it

Until the dataset launches and for twelve months after, unless you become a customer or ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, to object to their use, to take them with you, or to withdraw your consent, by writing to jeydevapps@gmail.com. If you think we've handled your data badly, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
